In this channeling we go deeper into the heart, experiencing it in the physical as well as the higher frequencies. Sometimes we forget how special it is to be in this beautiful form. I was grateful for the reminder.

St. Germain, what is your message today?

Lets just gently do this work together. Lets just gently glide our way through this. In fact there is peace within your heart at this very moment. Lets find it. Sink in. I invite you once again to go into your hearts. Each time making the commitment to go deeper. Each time knowing that all is present and alive and exists within and without equally. That there is no bias. There is no attachment to things looking or feeling a certain way. And yet there is infinite love. There is the choice to experience infinite love in all things. This is the way. So just calm down into the center, into the flow of beingness. I teach this because it will save you through the more challenging times of today. I keep teaching it because as humans you are limited in some ways and expanded in others. This biology of the human is not something to be transcended but to be experienced. In this body there are many gifts. The gifts of density. The gift of pain, believe it or not. The gift of seeing another through your eyes. The gift of the subtle differences that we all possess. They are not just frequencies, but gifts of the material and three dimensional worlds. I ask you to experience that joy of your physical heart, as it beats, like the pulse of the earth. I ask you to look at your skin, and hair with wonder and amazement. For in this world of the 3d, you can experience this. It is not so in other realms. Enjoy this special gift of your human life. And spread that joy to others. When they cry on your shoulder, allow yourself to feel the warmth of their tears, touching you. Connecting you in the physical. So when we say to go into your heart, it’s not just a visual thing, it’s an experiential appreciation of your unique physical being with your infinite capability to love. For this there is an immense gratitude.

In the intense place of sorrow that the human body and soul has the capability to experience, listen to your body, listen to its unique sounds and pulsations and respond with kindness. As such, listen to your friend’s unique sounds and pulsations with kindness. We are all here to have this experience. It may not look exactly as you planned, but it is here nonetheless. In the sorrow there is you, in the joy there is you, and there is everything.
