Neg Nog! Holiday Taste Without The Fat.

Holiday Neg NogFOOD THAT RAWKS: When celebrating the Holidays with family, I find it most challenging to stick with healthier food choices. Unless already equipped with scrumptious recipes, it can be tempting to slip into the sedating comfort-foods we were once accustomed to eating. This Holiday, join your family and friends by sharing delights of your own that they are sure to enjoy. By bringing healthier options for yourself, you relieve planning stress that hosts may create for your tastes. NEG Nog is so dreamy your family will crave it for Holidays to come! Enjoy!

Holiday NEG Nog

6 c nut or seed mylk (Rice mylk or Almond mylk in the box will substitute)

1 c Soft dates or raisins

2-3 c Frozen bananas chopped

3 TB Pumpkin pie spice

Pinch Himalayan salt

Blend all ingredients well, and serve in a decorative punch bowl, with cinnamon sticks under the mistletoe
