, and we’re pleased to announce the arrival of Sequoia Emmanuelle,
our rooftop decor artist, to NYC! Perched high above the swirling
hysterics of the psyfloor, the rooftop sanctuary will offer a more
contemplative space to dance, socialize, and reflect. The rooftop
will be fully enclosed and heated, so we’re 100% on… no matter
what.
There’s also a party going on this Saturday night at Seed featuring
28thday residents Tony Unorthodox and Lauryn. Seed is Newark’s finest
visionary art house, and one of only two such galleries in the NY
area. We’ll be there selling discount tickets to Actuate, details
below.

Seed Mission Statement: Seed is a center for the cultivation of
visionary exploration. A gallery devoted to unveiling the beauty of
our existence. The Visionary Arts Collective, a collaboration of both
established and up-and-coming artists, will assist Seed to promote and
pursue artistic inspiration, a myriad of events, programs and
activities while also maintaining a resource center for contributing
artists. Seed will offer exhibition and studio space for artists to
utilize in the evolution of a creative community. Located at 239

Actuate - 28thday’s New Year’s Eve party - at the lowest price
available, tonight only. Tickets will be sold in person, just see
Tony, Scott, or Theo. At least one of them will be there the entire
night. Tickets will be sold at this one-time price of $60. Otherwise,

DIRECTIONS:
Via PATH:
PATH trains leave Manhattan from stations located at 23rd St. & 6th
Ave. -or- 34th St. & 7th Ave.
Take PATH train to Jersey City/Journal Square stop, get out there and
transfer to the Newark train which takes you to Newark Penn Station.
Once you get out at Newark Penn Station look for the light rail in
the same building.
Follow signs, take Light Rail to 2nd stop. (Washington St.)
Once you get out of the station, go up the stairs and make a right
onto Washington St.
Seed is located on the right side, 239 Washington St.
Via NY Penn Station:
Take an NJTransit train.
All trains that say EWR and/or SEC go to Newark Penn Station.
2nd stop on NJTransit.
If walking out of Newark Penn Station:
Make a right and walk up Market St. until you hit Washington St.
Make a right onto Washington St.
Seed is on your left, 239 Washington St.
By Car:

street in front of Seed are legal to use Saturday night after
midnight and all day Sunday.
