FOOD THAT RAWKS! A Healthier Bloody Mary!

bloodymary.jpg  The “Healthier” Bloody Mary 1 serving

1 1/2 oz  Potato vodka or other Organic or home made Vodka..

3 oz Vine ripe tomato juice  ( apx 6 tomatoes juiced in home juicer or blended in blender for chunkier texture)

1/2 oz lemon juice

Trocomere (seasoning) to taste

Wheat free Tamari  to taste  apx 1 TB

black pepper to taste

1 tsp freshly grated horseradish root

2 tsp  ancho chili powder

1 tsp crushed red pepper

Fill your shaker with ice, pour in vodka, all seasonings and tomato juice. Cover shaker, skake shake shake. Pour into clean glass. Garnish with 1 celery stalk with leaves attached, lemon wedge, 2 Adams olive Ranch Black olives. 

Drink can be a wonderful Virgin cocktail!
