Blue Storm: Day Out of Time

This event will feature the Debut Performance of “Boamie” a rock opera by Steve Urban based on the myths of the Mayan’s 2012 & Hopi’s Rainbow Warriors & the 13th Tribe!!! Blue Storm will also feature sets by New Jersey’s own, DJ L*ement spinning the headiest IDM, Dubstep, Jungle & Electronica. $20 suggested donation includes a *Free* White Wizard T-Shirt & Boamie cd for the 1st 50 Ticketholders. “Boamie” is the story of Paya, a young woman, whom lives on the island Roatan off the coast of Honduras. One night a ghost (Duppy) appears on the beach outside of her home. The ghost tells Paya that she is her ancestor and that Paya will be visited by 11 other people from all over the world. They will go on a journey to find The Great Kiva, a sacred Indian cave which contains all the treasures and wisdom of the ancients. This is the story of how the world comes together to live in peace & harmony with nature and each other.

Aww Sweet & Alldaybuffet ( www.alldaybuffet.org) have teamed up to present Good Wood, an auction-cum-party. 50 artists will be auctioning off their one-of-a-kind custom decks to support Stoked ( www.stoked.org), an organization that mentors kids through action sports. Riding the Tiger of Tranquiility with the Restorative Essentials of Yoga

This workshop will be taught by Jivamukti teacher Jeremiah Brinlow. Gentle yet powerfully therapeutic, Restorative Yoga centers the mind and body to facilitate healing of dis-ease caused by stress or injury. You will be guided through a series of supported asanas, emphasizing breath centered continuity and surrender. Each pose supports proper bone alignment while releasing muscular tension. Personalized adjustments by Jeremiah also help participants achieve maximum benefits. The ancient practice of Mudras - hand gestures which help channel energy into the subtle states of our minds - are also explored. You will leave this workshop feeling revitalized and reunited with one’s essential nature of interconnected harmony.

Imagine dancing your heart out and making beautiful heart felt connections with a wonderful community of conscious minded people and then going to the beach to relax, celebrate & play together! First we gather and dance at the beautiful JCC in Long Beach, Long Island where Trinity’s contagious enthusiasm will guide us on a journey of dancing our full-out passion, power, love, creativity and bliss, without inhibition. Powerful, improvisational dance rituals will guide you to fully let go, and follow your flow! It’s easy to get to from NYC- only an hour train ride on the LIRR out of Penn Station to Long Beach and then a three block walk to the event. After the dance we will walk 2 blocks to the beach and celebrate as a community! No dance experience is necessary. Come with friends or come solo and leave with new friends! Presented by Trinity of The Dancing Path and Radiant Life Holistic Center.
