November 1st, 2006

images.jpegASK THE DOC!: What is it you would like to know? Why your bowel habits are so quirky? If you need to take a daily multivitamin? If St. John’s Wort is just as effective as Prozac? And why can’t you find answers that fit with your sensibilities — not some mainstream concept of “health?”

In this column, I’ll elucidate some of the areas you find confusing in regard to both your physical and mental health. And I’ll speak with leading practitioners in both the medical and holistic fields to find answers to your questions. Your questions are important and you deserve an answer that not only appeals to your common sense but also appeals to your sensibilities.

Email me your questions; and if you’re question is selected, the answer will appear here in the next couple of weeks. So stay tuned!
